If you are a foot passenger your best option is to take the fast ferry line 9602 departing from Vis (Vis port) at 07:00 to Hvar (on Tuesdays) or Split (daily) and from there to change to another ferry (9604) to the island. You will depart from Hvar Town at 15:10 (or 16:10) and will arrive in Lastovo (Ubli) at 17:05 (or 18:10), depending on the season. Check and get your tickets here.
